Return and Refund Policy

  • Purchased items can not be exchanged or refunded. Refunds will not be given.
  • In order to avoid possible problems, it is advisable to perform a trial run of the print in small batches. This initial investment will help you save a lot of time and avoid many problems when working with large orders, as it will help you identify potential problems and their solutions.

  • As for the listed material, design, and color package, we need your confirmation through email. This confirmation will act as your seal of approval for production.

  • Once you have submitted your Seal of Approval, we cannot offer refunds, credits, or reprints without incurring extra charges if you wish to change your mind or request a redesign.

  • No refund or exchange shall be made if the shipping company (UPS, FedEx, DHL, or any other courier company) has delivered a partial shipment of the ordered product. We have noted that in recent cases, the delay in shipping has led to the failure of all the boxes to be delivered simultaneously. We shall not be held responsible for any unforeseen delays these shipping companies may cause.

  • We will contact the carrier in case of a delivery loss since it is out of our hands. However, we shall not be held responsible for lost or delayed deliveries. If the order is not found within ten days, we shall provide clients with reprints at a reduced cost, but free reprints cannot be offered.

  • If the delivered order is unsatisfactory and does not meet the final approved product due to production failures, please get in touch with your sales representative or us at sales@packlynx.com within 3 business days.

  • Any request made after three business days will not be considered for a reprint.

  • When contacting us, please provide the details of the issues with pictures and videos of the delivered product.

  • Suppose the problem is with production and the product you received does not meet your approved design and specifications. In that case, after scrutinizing the problem and confirming the details, we will reprint the order at no extra charge.

  • Free reprints will not be provided if the product does not meet your requirements for the third time. Sometimes, printing your approved design on the preferred material may be challenging.

  • Expedited processing order charges cannot be refunded.
